Accounting Assistant:

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Accounting Assistant to provide clerical support to our accounting department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys routine tasks, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured environment. You'll play a key part in keeping financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and file invoices, checks, and other financial documents

• Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices

• Assist with mailing checks and preparing bank deposits

• Update spreadsheets and assist with basic reports

• Respond to routine vendor and internal inquiries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting

• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping helpful

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality

The Accounting Assistant is fully onsite in Richfield, OH with a salary of $18 - $22 depending on experience.
