Auto accident/premises Liability AND labor law associate opportunity (2-10+ yrs) -- NYC

Key Qualifications

• Required Experience : 2-10 years specifically in automobile, premises liability, and labor law litigation
• Court Experience : Proficiency in both federal and state court procedures
• Case Management : Proven track record managing cases from inception through trial
• Litigation Skills :
• Research and motion practice expertise
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Experience preparing and examining expert witnesses
• Deposition experience (taking and defending)

Primary Responsibilities

• Trial Support : Significant involvement in trials and hearings
• Deposition Practice : Conduct and defend both fact, witness and expert depositions
• Case Development : Manage all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through resolution
• Legal Research : Conduct thorough case research and draft motions
• Client Interaction : Represent clients in various legal proceedings
