As the Business Systems Analyst IV supporting our clients Location Lifecycle Management (LLM) and Serviceability efforts, you will play a critical role in analyzing system operations, gathering business requirements, and driving the design and implementation of applications that support customer serviceability and physical location readiness. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering/development teams, helping translate needs into technical deliverables. This is a cross-functional role involving process evaluation, data insights, stakeholder communication, and technical alignment across LLM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations within the LLM program
  • Determine user needs and requirements and recommend system improvements based on findings
  • Act as the primary liaison between users, project teams, and engineering/development staff
  • Identify, document, report, and track system issues across the full development lifecycle
  • Support translation of business needs into clear technical requirement deliverables
  • Assist with application design and help explain use cases and business value to end users
  • Analyze and present serviceability data tied to network expansion, internet speeds, and customer impact
  • Leverage tools like Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI for reporting and insights

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business systems analysis or project delivery roles
  • Telecom or cable industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet (Power BI a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to MicroStrategy or other dashboarding/BI platforms
  • Understanding of construction and service expansion workflows
