Job Title: Entry-Level IT Contracts Manager

Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay Rate: $19-21 / hr

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Manager to assist with the filing and scanning of up to 75,000 documents into a digital system, OnBase. You will join a team of 5 to help sort and file contracts from paper to electronic format. Once scanned, you will be responsible for editing the files by redacting numbers on the contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Filing and scanning documents into OnBase.
• Sorting and organizing contracts from paper to electronic format.
• Editing and redacting numbers on scanned contracts.
• Documentation and tracking of all processed files.
• Collaborating cross-functionally, especially with senior-level staff.

Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry.
• Experience in reviewing information, bookkeeping, or data entry (no contract/legal experience required).
• Data-driven with the ability to manually enter information into systems.
• 1-2 years of experience with Excel, including taking information from spreadsheets and entering new data.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with senior-level colleagues.
