Position Summary...

The Director, Strategy & Digital Acceleration – Global Talent Portfolio, will be dedicated to driving the end-to-end digital activation across the associate lifecycle. This role is instrumental in shaping the global talent and learning portfolio efforts. The ideal candidate will possess the understanding of the internal ways of working, and who possesses knowledge of the Global Talent and Learning portfolio, strategic objectives, and can hold various stakeholders accountable to operationalize digital delivery. This role will ensure broad socialization of tech initiatives both within and outside the organization, ensuring a healthy operating model between business, technology, UX, and product partners.

What you'll do...

  • Optimized Operating Model : foster collaboration with technology and product partners by creating a healthy operating model.
  • Resource and Capacity Management : ensure accountability for resourcing and capacity management across key Global Talent and Learning digital initiatives.
  • Digital Storyline/Narrative : create and socialize the narrative and campaign around.
  • Digital Acceleration : Deliver optimized operational effectiveness, supported by Business owners across Global Talent and Learning overseeing key initiatives aligned to digital PMO activities.
  • Surface and Challenge Innovation Boundaries : Deliver innovative digital solutions (evoking and surfacing use cases across the associate life cycle).

Optimize Operating Model

  • Optimize execution of the digital strategy for the Global Talent and Learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with GTL’s strategy across the associate lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior executives, technology, and product leaders to identify and capitalize on digital opportunities across the talent space.
  • Champion innovation and test-and-learn approaches to drive meaningful improvements in talent engagement, talent acquisition, digital learning, and performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the monitoring and execution of digital initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, focusing on:
  • Digital Talent Experience: Enhance the end-to-end associate experience.
  • Manage resourcing and capacity to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Drive accountability with technology and product teams to meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Socialization & Communication

  • Lead efforts to socialize and align digital initiatives across business units, ensuring broad awareness and understanding both within and outside the organization.
  • Act as the primary advocate for talent technology solutions, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption of portfolio management / tracking mechanisms.

Key Success Indicators

  • Successful delivery of innovative digital solutions with measurable impact on the associate lifecycle.
  • Effective collaboration with technology and product partners to achieve business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
