A venture capital firm in Newton, MA is looking to hire a Legal Executive Assistant on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong calendar management experience, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Legal experience and / or paralegal work is preferred. This person will support the legal team including 1 legal executive and 2 attorneys. A strong ability to take charge, meet tight deadlines and balance changing priorities will ensure success in this multi-faceted role. This role is onsite Monday - Thursday and can work remotely on Fridays.
