About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of elevator and lift projects. This is a hybrid role , combining field coordination with administrative leadership —ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about construction and client service.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Field Support & Coordination

  • Perform job site takeoffs, field measurements, and documentation
  • Track progress, manage punch lists, and support timely project execution
  • Conduct site visits and deliver regular progress updates

🤝 Client & Vendor Communication

  • Lead meetings, take minutes, and handle project inquiries
  • Assist clients in finalizing design selections and finish options
  • Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery

📁 Document & Project Management

  • Maintain and organize project records: drawings, contracts, RFIs, COs
  • Draft AIA contracts, vendor agreements, and project proposals
  • Provide document review and administrative support to the project team

📞 Administrative Support

  • Manage high-volume emails, calls, and scheduling
  • Handle financial tasks including check/wire payment collection
  • Prepare daily updates for clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or coordination
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints and construction documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Procore is a plus
  • Experience with AIA documentation , contract creation, and change order tracking preferred
