HR Intern

Canidiu m is a leading consultancy in sales performance management (SPM) and sales operations technologies. We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales operations and related sales-enabling technologies. We are based in Fort Collins, CO, but have team members across the US and around the world. 

The HR intern will work closely with and report to the HR Manager, while also owning several parts of the onboarding, new hire, and day-to-day processes. An ideal candidate will have excellent people and organizational skills, and be passionate about Human Resources. This internship requires ~15 hours a week, with availability to work from the office one day per week. This position can start between October and December, depending on the right candidate's availability. 

Responsibilities: 

• Scheduling new-hire check-ins
• Ordering background checks
• Onboarding new hires in multiple systems
• Maintaining the ATS, HRIS, and HR process guide
• Supporting HR initiatives 
• Additional projects as assigned

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: 

• Ability to take initiative on projects with limited supervision
• Strong organization skills and ability to keep track of multiple priorities
• Quick learner
• Attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate, as well as work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills & Experience Needed: 

• Ideal candidate is a current college sophomore, junior, or senior working towards an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Interested in a career in HR and eager to gain experience

Location and Compensation:

• Ideal candidate lives in Fort Collins, CO with the ability to work on a hybrid basis
• Canidium offers competitive wages, between $18.00 - $23.00 / hour
