This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to manage complex insurance disputes across domestic and international policies while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling matters

• Draft legal opinions, coverage letters, position statements, and strategic memoranda

• Lead or assist in mediations and high-stakes negotiations

• Represent insurers in disputes related to a broad array of policy types

• Manage all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and hearings

• Work directly with insurance carriers and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and risk assessments

• 3 to 6 years of experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York or New Jersey Bar

• Experience advising insurers on coverage opinions and claims strategy

• Strong legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills

• Comfortable managing multiple matters with independence and precision

• Client-focused communication and strategic mindset

• JD from an accredited law school with solid academic credentials
