Welcome to Exact Medicare, an Insurance brokerage built by agents, FOR AGENTS! We specialize in assisting seniors with navigating the complexities of Medicare. Our primary goal is to educate clients to empower them in making the best decisions for their healthcare needs. We represent all major carriers, including UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, and Cigna, among others. As a full-service Independent Broker, we provide various products such as Supplement Plans (Medigap), Medicare Advantage, Part D (RX) plans, and other ancillary products.

Role Description:

We have 3 comp model’s; 1099, W2, & SLA (W2).

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for educating clients about Medicare plans, assisting them in selecting the best options, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily tasks such as communicating with clients, conducting sales presentations, following up leads, and managing client accounts. The Sales Agent will also be responsible for staying informed about Medicare products and updates.

All of our Leads are consumer initiated inbounds coming from social media marketing. All of our marketing is CMS approved, and compliant. (So no crazy leads calling in for their "Stimulus Checks", or "$9000 worth or groceries" 😉 )

1099 Comp is $200 per enrollment, paid weekly (2 weeks in the rears) + Our tiered Bonus structure which ranges between $25 additional per app, and all the way up to $150 additional per app. That means you can earn up to a total of $350 PER ENROLLMENT!!! All leads are provide to you by the company! You will also earn a residual bonus on your book of business that you build with us!

W2 Comp; Your base is $20 per hour. Your commission would be $150 per enrollment. $50 of the $150 would be advanced, and paid out weekly (2 weeks in the rears). The remaining $100 of the $150 would be paid out after our 120 day chargeback period.

SLA (W2) Comp; After working with us for a year, you could become eligible to be promoted into our Senior Level Agent position. Your base would be $50K salary. You would get the full $150 commission per enrollment advanced upfront and paid out weekly (2 weeks in the rears). You would also begin to receive a Class D Profit Share, Health Insurance paid for, State licensing costs covered, and many more perks!

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• 1 year of experience in Medicare sales
• Capability in Training and educating clients about Medicare plans
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Licensed to sell Medicare products
• Ability to contract with our carriers
