We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Manager of Global People Operations to facilitate the deployment of HR standard operation procedures globally under the direction of the SVP of HR and in partnership with the People Business Partner team.

The Human Resources team at Careismatic Brands is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company values and transformation goals.

The Manager of Global People Operations will play a role in working closely with global business partners to ensure consistent deployment of HR initiatives that impact associates outside of the US.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Salary Range : $100,000-$110,000

  • In-office presence of 3 days, 2 days remote

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Develop proposals for HR policies and procedures that align with current goals and objectives.
  • Maintain global employee handbooks and associate facing policies.
  • Lead project manager of the performance management, goal setting, and mid-year check-in process globally.
  • Maintain best practices surrounding the compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.
  • Super-user of HR systems: HRIS (US & Global), compensation tools, learning platforms and ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Complete on-boarding steps for global hires via global HRIS platform.
  • Track and maintain global employee rosters and org charts.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports and presentations for Sr leadership discussions.
  • Act as a communication liaison with global business partners to ensure consistent and accurate deployment of HR led projects and best practices.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with HR platforms
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Sr HR Operations Associate, and/or Sr HRIS Associate Experience operating within a global organization is desirable.
  • Prior experience establishing structure and processes where required
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Track record of managing, motivating, and developing team members within HR Operations function
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights, create presentations and provide recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
