Marketing Manager OR Marketing Specialist position DOE

This position requires 1-2 days a week onsite in Cripple Creek, Colorado.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on marketing professional — either at the Director level or a Senior Marketing Specialist ready to take on more ownership. This role will be key in coordinating and managing marketing programs across multiple locations with overlapping but distinct identities in the gaming and hospitality space.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, marketing coordination, and internal communication — someone who can keep campaigns moving forward, collaborate with external agencies, and ensure alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution and coordination of marketing programs across multiple gaming and hospitality properties
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and external marketing agencies
  • Lead and track marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
  • Collaborate with floor operations and leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment on promotions
  • Review and interpret campaign data to inform strategic marketing recommendations
  • Support the future implementation and integration of QCI , a business intelligence tool (prior experience a plus)
  • Maintain promotional calendars and manage marketing schedules and deliverables
  • Organize assets and communications across creative, media, and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; previous agency collaboration experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in reviewing and acting on marketing data; Excel and reporting knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with the casino/gaming industry is highly preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
