Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and lead our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office, strong leadership skills, and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive patient experience
• Lead, train, and supervise front desk and administrative staff
• Manage patient scheduling, communication, and service flow
• Maintain inventory and oversee ordering for both medical and spa supplies
• Coordinate with practitioners to optimize appointment flow and service quality
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee billing, payments, and coordination with insurance where applicable
• Implement and maintain efficient office systems and processes
• Track and report key operational metrics to ownership

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 3 years of office management experience in a healthcare or medical spa setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills

Compensation :

• Hourly rate based on experience
• 10% commission on all new sales
