Job Description

About the Role: Our client in healthcare is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator to join their call center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with their inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Provide information about healthcare services and procedures.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
