Job Description

Our client, a wonderful finance firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist to support their Stamford, CT office. This role will be in the office 5 days a week and is offering a competitive base salary, over-time, discretionary bonus, and fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities

Order all office and kitchen supplies and stock pantry as needed
Monitor the main phone line, answering and transferring calls to the appropriate contact
Assisting in all office events including ordering catering, setting up conference rooms and spaces, and tracking attendance
Greet and register all visitors to the Stamford office; liaise with external vendors
Track and process all incoming mail and packages
Act as main point of contact for the office and handling any ad hoc projects

Qualifications

2+ years of receptionist/ office coordinator experience within financial services
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting needs
Experience with Microsoft Office and Concur
