Job Description

Front Office Receptionist

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced, world-class Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This position is the heartbeat of our front office—a crucial role that sets the tone for the entire client experience. Over the years, many of our past receptionists have grown into skilled administrative positions within our company, so we view this role as both essential and full of opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system with efficiency and accuracy, routing calls as needed and taking clear, detailed messages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings across departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support daily office operations by handling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Represent the company with grace and professionalism at all times, both in person and over the phone.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar administrative role in a busy, professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask with ease.
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using scheduling tools, phone systems, and basic office software.
  • Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A natural team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive work culture.

Why Join Us?

We’re proud of the vibrant, supportive environment we've cultivated over the years. This role offers more than just a job—it’s an entry point into a team that values growth, wellness, and balance. Enjoy competitive pay and industry-leading benefits like:

  • $50,000 annual salary
  • Fully paid health insurance
  • Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match
  • Paid time off and vacation
  • Monthly lunches and other perks
