As a Repair Center Technician II , you’ll work in a local service center specializing in the inspection, repair, and testing of complex orthopedic and neurosurgical medical devices. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined and detail-oriented technician looking to grow within a regulated, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-house service and repair of high-precision medical devices.
• Diagnose, repair, and test mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established protocols.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and device traceability through preventive maintenance and device programming.
• Conduct cleaning, maintenance, calibration, and functional testing of repaired products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere strictly to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Utilize defined guidelines to make sound judgments in routine repair scenarios.
• Document repair activities accurately to maintain compliance and device history.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, mechanical repair, or a similar technical field.
• Strong attention to detail , manual dexterity, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and procedural instructions .
• Previous experience in a regulated environment (medical, automotive, aerospace, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electromechanical systems or willingness to learn through training.
