Branch Sales Coordinator

This position is based out of Crown’s Woburn, MA, branch and will cover the surrounding areas.

What Winning Looks Like:

· Manage all aspects of sales and rental order processing for local and National Account sales, including but not limited to:

· Processing of orders

· Initiate and track deliveries

· Coordinating with other departments for successful deliveries/installs

· Maintain complete files on all orders

· Maintaining accurate inventory and ordering new items as needed

· Establish a system of organization to keep meticulous records of all orders

· Take initiative and anticipate needs for both the leadership team and sales team

· Willingness to take on more and ability to multitask in a constantly moving department

· This role also incorporates payroll data entry and submission to headquarters for processing

Skills Needed to Win:

· 1+ years of coordinator experience (Sales and/or Rental department coordination experience is a bonus)

· Accurate and efficient data entry skills, including the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Team player with positive outlook

· Remain calm under stressful situations

· Be able to think clearly and act quickly

· A high level of self-confidence and comfort in who you are and what you bring to the team, balanced with humility and a sense of humor

· The ability to think ahead of where your leader and leadership team are going and offer up creative ideas to make things better for both the team and our processes

· A continuous improvement mindset and isn’t satisfied with the status quo

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
