Senior Operations Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll optimize workflows, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects that support operational and regulatory goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or cGMP-related industries, with 7+ years in project leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP certification required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and familiarity with regulatory systems.
  • Experience with small molecule drug programs & new product launches.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving innovation and efficiency.
