Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality front-end applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Create responsive and visually appealing designs using HTML and CSS.
• Implement component-based architecture to ensure reusability and maintainability of code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web applications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- ReactJS, JavaScript , HTML, CSS , Responsive Design, Component-based architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
