Renewyx is representing a well-established Distributed Generation (DG) EPC and O&M company that specializes in delivering high-quality solar PV projects across the Northeast. Known for their technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to project success, they provide end-to-end solutions from engineering and construction through long-term maintenance. Their team prides itself on building lasting client relationships and maximizing the performance of every project they touch.

They are seeking an experienced Solar Technician to join their team in Vermont. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of commercial and community-scale solar projects through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. • Strong understanding of O&M workflows, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and as-built drawings
  • Skilled in performing I-V curve tracing, insulation resistance testing, and thermal imaging diagnostics
  • Knowledge of NEC code compliance and safety protocols for solar installations
  • Experience replacing and commissioning major components such as inverters, modules, and data acquisition hardware
  • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with remote operations teams
  • Familiarity with SCADA and monitoring platforms for system performance tracking
  • Commitment to high safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE best practices

If this is an opportunity you have interest in, then please apply to avoid disappointment.
