Insurance Licenses
Agents are responsible for maintaining the appropriate insurance licenses in their resident state as well as in any non-resident state where they or their downline agents solicit business.
Business Entity Licensing - Agents working as a business entity must maintain appropriate licenses for both themselves and their business.
Agent Responsibility - Any fees associated with initial licensing, renewals, continuing education, etc. are the responsibility of the agent.
New Agent Onboarding
New agents receive an invite to the Onboarding Portal to complete their application. The application must be filled out completely with all necessary attachments uploaded. Use the Agent Help Sheet as a guide.
Onboarding Requirements:
✅ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Certification - Must be completed within the last year (or two years if taken through LIMRA or WebCE).
✅ Pre-Licensing Course - Required if the agent is unlicensed. AOs must direct agents to the agency's preferred pre-licensing course.
Onboarding Process:
1️⃣ Application Completion - The agent submits the onboarding application.
2️⃣ Agency Owner (AO) Review - The AO reviews and submits it to the Contracting Department for final approval.
3️⃣ Access to HQ - Once approved, agents receive their Opt! Credentials and access to HQ Lite if they are awaiting their license.
4️⃣ SureLC Registration - Agents will be guided through registering with SureLC, our contracting software, to begin carrier contracting.
Agents awaiting their license can upload proof of passing the state exam in the Onboarding Portal to receive HQ Lite access while their application is reviewed.

Performance-Based Raises - Agents can increase their contract level from 80% to 130% by meeting production and team-building goals.
Promotion Timeline - Agents qualify for raises after 2-3 consecutive months of hitting required sales volume and writers.
Higher Commissions - As you advance, you'll earn a higher percentage on sales, maximizing your income potential.
Bonuses & Additional Incentives
Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses - Earn performance bonuses when exceeding sales goals.
Incentive Trips & Rewards - Top producers qualify for all-expenses-paid trips, luxury prizes, and exclusive recognition events.
