Wireless Field Engineer – Commissioning & Integration- Plano Texas (100% onsite)

Long-term Contract

We’re hiring! We are seeking skilled C&I Engineers to join our team in Plano, TX. If you're experienced in RAN Network- 4G and 5G, Customer Support experience, cell site integration, and Linux systems—and have a passion for solving real-world telecom problems—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams (R&D, RF, Transport, Core Networking, etc.)
• Perform cell site commissioning, integration, acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot alarms, DT (Drive Test) issues (e.g., RSSI/Low Throughput)
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize KPIs
• Use Excel and MS Office tools for daily tasks
• Collaborate across engineering functions and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, CE, CS, or related technical field
• 4–6 years of experience in wireless network engineering
• Proficient in Linux and Layer 2 DHCP protocol
• Strong scripting knowledge (Python preferred – reading/debugging skills required)
• Understanding of RF Vitals, CG50, USM, and virtual network environments
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
