Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Office Manager and a team of Environmental Scientists. This position must be able

to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. This will be a 9-month contract-to-hire opportunity hybrid in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities:

● Answer phone and greet customers

● Discuss needs and options for clients concerning septic systems

● Create and send quotes

● Manage calendars to schedule appointments

● Create correspondence (emails, memos, certified letters)

● Under general supervision prepare reports and documents

● Prepare invoices with assistance from project managers

Qualifications:

● High school graduate or GED

● Experience in a professional office environment

● Current NC Driver’s License/Vehicle

● Proficient in Microsoft Office software

● Good written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff

and management

● Organization and time management skills are critical

Hourly rate ranges from $20-30/hr depending on experience level and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
