About the Role:
A well-established civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects in the Phoenix area. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage land development projects from planning through construction
• Oversee site design including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and permit applications
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• 6+ years of experience in land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

• Residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects
• Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes in the Phoenix metro area
