Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for all tree care service inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments to diagnose tree health, identify care needs, and recommend appropriate services.
• Develop and present tailored proposals and bids that address client requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using the company’s CRM system.
• Recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field is highly preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is required.
• Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
